If you are looking to “[g]et an outback running experience like no other” this may be the event for you. EML Sports is very proud to provide the online registration system for this unique event. The Great Kaṉku-Breakaways Marathon and Fun Run will be held on May 16th, 2020 at the Kanku-Breakaways Conservation Park, 30km north of Coober Pedy, South Australia.
There are a range of distances:
- Marathon (42.2km)
- Half marathon(21.1km)
- 10km (including team event)
- 5km
- Kids 2.4km fun run.
Sponsorship
One of the great initiatives of the organisers is that competitors and non competitors can sponsor a local athlete to compete. As part of the registration form choose to sponsor 1 or more local athletes at $5 each.
