* GLENWOOD ATHLETICS & SPORTS CLUB SYDNEY PTY LTD SOLELY EXECUTES THE MEET IN ASSOCIATION WITH SYDNEY KABADDI CLUB & TURBANS 4 AUSTRALIA.

ALL RIGHTS ARE RESERVED WITH THE OFFICIALS OF ABOVE MENTIONED ORGANISATIONS CONCERNING ANY CURRENT & FUTURE DECISIONS.

* One athlete can participate in one age category. 

* Lane draws will be Random.

* All field events will have 3 trials in all throwing events.

*The athlete is responsible for being aware of his/her AGE category by following the abovementioned criteria.

* Each athlete will get an accreditation card/certificate of participation or merit certificate along with a Medal & Many other Prizes.

* No athlete will be allowed to take part in any event without obtaining his/her Accreditation Card from the check-in counter. 

* ORGANISERS WILL NOT HOLD ANY RESPONSIBILITY ANY INJURY, DAMAGE, OR HEALTH-RELATED ISSUES OCCURRING DURING THE EVENT.
