2nd Annual Sports Carnival Registration

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Glenwood Athletics & Sports Club is responsible for the organisation, management, registration, and execution of this Carnival.

All rights are reserved by the organisers and officials of Glenwood Athletics & Sports Club regarding any current or future decisions relating to the Carnival.

* An athlete may compete in only one age category throughout the Carnival.

* All track events will be conducted as Timed Finals. Final placings will be determined based on the recorded times across all heats within the respective age category.

* Lane allocations for track events will be drawn randomly.

* All throwing events will be conducted with three (3) trials per athlete unless otherwise determined by the Event Director.

* Athletes and parents are responsible for ensuring that registrations are completed in the correct age category according to the eligibility criteria published by the organisers.

* The Event Director reserves the right to amend, combine, reschedule, postpone, cancel, or modify any event, timetable, rule, or competition format in the best interests of the Carnival.

* On-the-day registrations will be strictly limited, subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the Event Director. Registration fees for on-the-day entries may be higher than the advertised registration fee.

* Events & Registration Director shall have full authority on the day of competition regarding the conduct, scheduling, management, and execution of all events. All decisions made by the Event Director shall be final and binding.

* The organisers, officials, volunteers, sponsors, and associated parties accept no responsibility for any injury, illness, accident, loss, damage, or health-related issue occurring before, during, or after the Carnival. Participation is entirely at the athlete’s own risk.
