THE VMA Aberfeldie One Hour Track Challenge

Mo Farah’s men’s World record is 21,330m (just over 53 laps!)

Sifan Hassan’s women’s World record is 18,930m (just over 47 laps!)

 Find out how far you can run in exactly one hour, on the beautiful Aberfeldie track this spring.

 Entry fee: $5:00

Address: Aberfeldie Park, 20 Corio Street, Moonee Ponds 3039

 Arrive from: 7pm - no access to the track before this time

 Event starts at: 7:30pm

 Event open to: All current VMA members only

 Uniform: Please wear your Venue singlet, if you have one

 Timing: All athletes must measure their own distance with a GPS watch, which also records date and time and location

 Drinks: A table will be provided at the start line. Athletes are to bring their own drinks please

 Awards: No Prizes, but all finishing athletes will receive a digital certificate of their achievement

 Supper: A light supper will be provided in the Pavilion from 8:30pm
