As part of the Albie Thomas Mile meet on Saturday, December 19th there will be 2 seeded 400m races for Masters - 1 Mens and 1 Womens.
The races will be on after the Community 3000m ‘‘A’’ race, between 8.15 and 8.35pm. 8 athletes will be allowed per race, and by invitation.
This registration form will allow you to nominate and enter times for consideration for an invitation to compete.
