Gosford Athletics Club Throwers Night

Events will be conducted at ANSW Permit (athletes can qualify for nationals) and non permit levels.

When: Thursday 17th December

Where: Adcock Park West Gosford

Time: Sign on will be from 5:30 pm, with competition starting at 6:00pm.

Events: Javelin, Discus and Shot Put. Athletes will be allowed 6 throws in each event.

Cost: $5 total for the non permit events OR $10 for permit events. Entry fee payable on the night.

Timetable:

  • Permit Meet Shot 6pm, Discus 7pm, Javelin 8pm.
  • Non Permit Meet Women Javelin 6pm Shot 7pm Discus 7:45pm.
  • Non Permit Meet Men Discus 6pm Javelin 7pm Shot 7:45pm.

Permit Entry

Available to Open, Concession and Dual members of ANSW. Wearing of club uniform compulsory with ANSW numbers (if numbers have been collected) is also compulsory.  Entry fee of $10 payable on the night. Permit meet is open to U12 and up. Available spots are limited.

Non permit entry (open)

Available to Open, Concession, dual and Community members. Wearing of Club uniform is encouraged. Entry fee of $5 payable on the night. Non permit meet is U14 and up.
