Gosford Athletics Club Throwers Night

When: Thursday 21st January

Where: Adcock Park West Gosford

Time: Sign on will be from 5:30 pm, with competition starting at 5:45 pm.

Events:

  • Javelin 5:45pm (4 throws)
  • Discus  6:15pm (6 throws)
  • Shot Put 7:00 pm (6 throws)

Cost: $5 entry fee (payable on the night) for as many events as you like. This is a non permit meet.

Ages: from U12 to Masters

Athletes must be currently registered members as either Dual, Concession, Open or Community membership of any ANSW Athletics club to be able to compete (proof of membership must be presented upon check in).
