Gosford Athletics Club Throwers Night

When: Thursday 19th November

Where: Adcock Park West Gosford

Time: Sign on will be from 6pm, with competition starting at 6:30pm.

Events: Javelin, Discus and Shot Put. Athletes will be allowed 6 throws in each event.

Cost: $5 entry fee (payable on the night) for as many events as you like.

Ages: from U14 to Masters

Athletes must be currently registered members as either Dual, Concession, Open or Community membership of any ANSW Athletics club to be able to compete (proof of membership must be presented upon check in).
