Gosford Athletics Club Throwers Night

When: Thursday 16th December, 2021

Where: Adcock Park West Gosford

Time: Sign on will be from 5:00 pm, with competition starting at 5:30pm.

Javelin, Discus and Shot Put.  Entry fee of $10 (payable on the night) includes 1 - 3 events.  Athletes will be allowed 6 throws in each event. Available to Open, Concession and Dual members of ANSW. Wearing of club uniform compulsory. Available spots are limited to 16 per event.

Must be double COVID vaccinated to attend and proof will be required if 16 years and over.

Timetable:

• Javelin: 5:30pm
• Discus 6:30pm.
• Shot 7:0pm.
