Gosford Athletics Club Throwers Night

When: Thursday 9th November, 2023

Where: Adcock Park West Gosford

Time: Sign on will be from 5:30 pm, with competition starting at 6:00pm.

Discus and Shot Put.  Entry fee of $10 (payable on the night) includes 1 - 2 events.  Athletes will be allowed 6 throws in each event. Available to Open, Concession and Dual members of ANSW. Wearing of club uniform compulsory. Available spots are limited to 20 per event.

Timetable:

  • Discus 6:00pm.
  • Shot 7:30pm.
