After five successful years of hosting the Multicultural Athletic Meet, we are proud to see the positive impact it has made. Many young athletes were inspired while competing in this event, and as a result, joined Little Athletics Victoria — especially at the Cranbourne Little Athletics Centre. Today, some of these athletes are excelling at the highest levels and even winning medals at National Championships. We are absolutely thrilled to witness their journey from local community events to national success.

Track & Field Competition for All Ages – From U6 to 70+

📅 Date: Saturday, 12th September 2025

🕘 Time: 9:00 AM

📍 Venue: Casey Fields Regional Athletics Track

160 Berwick–Cranbourne Road, Cranbourne East

🏃‍♂️ Hosted by: Diamond Sports Club

💲 Entry Fee: $15 for 3 events per participant

👟 Event Limit: Each participant may compete in up to 3 events

📌 Events by Age Group:

 U6 

  • 100m, 70m

U7 – U8:

  • 100m, 200m
  • Shot Put, Long Jump

U9 – U10:

  • 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m
  • Long Jump, Shot Put, Discus Throw

U11 – U16 and Age Categories 17-20

  • 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m
  • Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put, Discus Throw, Javelin Throw
  • Age Group 21-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 & 70+
  • 100m, 200m, 800m, 1500m
  • Discus throw, Shot Put,  , Javelin Throw

Important Information:

  • 🕒 All events will be timed finals – no heats.
  • ⏱ In the event of technical issues with the timing system, results will be recorded manually.
  • ⚖️ All rights are reserved by the organizing committee. Their decision will be final in case of any dispute.
