The Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) has released a Framework For Rebooting Sport in a COVID-19 Environment laying out an A, B and C level of activities for community and individual sport. We are still at level A, but a change to B is likely next week.
The executive summary lays out the A,B and C levels and what they would mean for 49 different sports .
For example football has stage A as ‘Running/aerobic/agility training (solo), resistance training (solo), skills training (solo).”; B as “Non-contact skill training drills — passing, shooting, headers.Small groups (not more than 10 athletes/staff in total).” and C as ” Full training and competition”.
